Analyzing the way of working in the current process followed by creating and documenting a new way of working in consultation with the direct operators in the process and other stakeholders in the organization.

ACCOMPLISHMENT

The following were provided: standard process map, procedure for completing the list, checklist for checking the list, performance indicator for checks and staff training. The data accuracy rate was between 95% and 100% in the first weeks after implementation.

Creation of a standardized process and a standard digital tool for creating offers. Training staff to go through the process and use the bidding tool.
