REQUIREMENT Back-up insurance for all positions in the department. OUR APPROACH Building a medium-term development plan where resources are multi-tasking. The following were ensured: staff evaluation, motivation plan, individual development plan. ACCOMPLISHMENT Back-up provided for all tasks in the department by increasing multi-tasking skills from 15% to 75% per individual. All the operational documentation necessary to operate the tasks was created. #3 CONTEXT Our client, a company with the need to ensure operational efficiency in specific processes (meeting delivery deadlines for some tasks). REQUIREMENT Ensuring operational efficiency by operating processes in a standardized manner.
